Forged products here at “JianXin” include torsion arms, axle spindles, annular hinges, knuckle throwers, wedges, railway forgings, control arms, and swing arms, which are mainly for forging components in the areas covering trailer, railway, automobile, motorcycle as well as the heavy duty truck suspension components. Besides, we are also able to develop new products according to specific needs of customers and available in customizing various mechanical forging components.

• Product form: Forged blanks or finished products;
• Material: Carbon steel (SAE1020, SAE1035, SAE1045, SAE1050, Q235, Q390, Q46), alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 20CrNiMo, 35CrMo, 40Cr, 42CrMo), stainless steel (301, 304)etc;
• Heat treatment: Normalizing, quenching and tempering, carburizing and quenching, liquid nitrogen treatment etc;
• Surface treatment: Zinc coating, chromium coating, powder coating, phosphorization, oxidation, zinc-nickel alloys coating and so on.
